Network Time Consortium Individual Member Agreement

NTF: Network Time Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) California Public Benefit corporation having a place of business at PO Box 918, Talent OR 97540.

The Consortium: NTF has created and is operating the Network Time Consortium. The Network Time Consortium exists to advance Network Timekeeping and further the development, maintenance and use of NTP and related software.

Member: You are an individual.
Member has joined to further their personal goals in support of the Network Time Consortium, and is representing no additional parties.

Both parties want Network Time to be as vibrant, useful, and easy to use as possible.

NTF and the Consortium are grateful for Member’s contribution to the advancement of Network Timekeeping.

NTF neither releases nor acquires any rights simply because it has created or operates the Network Time Consortium and offers memberships.

Member neither releases nor acquires any rights simply because Member is (or was) a Member of the Network Time Consortium.

No additional warranty is conveyed under this agreement.

In no circumstance will NTF be liable to Member for more than Member’s most recently paid membership dues.

This agreement is considered to be made in Oregon. Any disputes will be handled there.

The initial term of membership shall be 1 year, commencing on the effective date. Either party can terminate this agreement for any reason upon written notice to the other party at address specified in the application form. Upon the expiration of the initial term, this Membership Agreement will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods (each a “renewal term”) thereafter, unless either party gives the other party written notice of its intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of Member’s then-current membership term. No refunds will be given if Member terminates the agreement early.

This is the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Network Time Consortium.
