Richard Cochran, Release Engineer for the LinuxPTP Project is glad to announce the third quarter release of linuxptp, Version 4.4. It is available via download or by pointing your ftp client to anonymous@ftp.nwtime.org.
This is a regularly scheduled maintenance release and contains minor bug fixes and one minor new feature. Users are encouraged to upgrade. The most notable changes are as follows.
PTP Management clients may now subscribe to push notifications for management events permanently, without needing to ever renew the subscriptions.
Numerous minor fixes for the ts2phc utility program.
